Prof.Chuan Qin, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology

Chuan Qin received his Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from Shanghai University, Shanghai, China, in 2008. Since Dec. 2008, he has been with the faculty of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, where he is currently a Professor. He was with Feng Chia University at Taiwan as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Adjunct Assistant Professor from July 2010 to July 2012. His research interests include image processing, multimedia security and AI security. He has published over 150 peer-reviewed papers in journals and conferences including IEEE TIP, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TMM, IEEE TCSVT and ACM Multimedia. He is selected as the Highly Cited Chinese Researcher by Elsevier in 2020. He won the Best Paper Award of CIHW 2016 and the Candidate of Excellent Paper Award of IEEE IIHMSP 2014. He has served as the Associate Editor for Signal Processing (Elsevier) and Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation (Elsevier). He is the Senior Member of CCF and CSIG.

Prof. Weishan Zhang, China University of Petroleum (East China)

Visiting researcher of Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Head of Shandong Trusted Artificial Intelligence Ecological Data Open Innovation Application Laboratory. Chairman of Qingdao Artificial Intelligence Society, Deputy director of Federal Data and Federal Intelligence Committee of Chinese Society of Automation, senior member of China Computer Society. In the past five years, more than 70 SCI journal papers (including more than 20 in the second region). Including TCC, TII, TSC, etc. He has published more than 70 papers at international conferences in English. By December 2023, according to Google Scholar, the total number of citations is over 3,200, with an H-index of 28 and an i10-index of 80. 3 papers were highly cited, among which 2 papers related to federal learning were highly cited.

Prof.Zhenghao Shi, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology

Xi 'an University of Technology "Intelligent Image Processing and Application" research team leader, CCF outstanding member, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province "500 elite talent" honorary title winner, the main research direction for machine vision, medical image processing and machine learning, published or accepted 40 academic papers as the first author or corresponding author. Among them, 1 ESI high-multiple citation paper (2017), 24 SCI papers, and 21 E1 retrieval papers have won 2 second Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Shaanxi Province (ranked first), 1 second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Xi 'an (ranked first), 2 second prize of science and Technology Award of Shaanxi Universities (ranked first), and currently undertaking 1 national key research and development Plan project. Prof. Xiwen Zhang, Beijing Language and Culture University

Supervisor of doctoral students. Since 2008, he has been working in the Department of Digital Media, School of Information Science, Beijing Language and Culture University. He has been a professor since 2009, a master's supervisor since 2010, and a doctoral supervisor since June 2013. Studies natural media such as digital ink, digital images and digital video, involving pattern recognition, computer vision and human-computer interaction. He has published more than 40 papers in international journals and conferences, including 3 SCI and 6 EI papers as the first author and 2 SCI and 2 EI papers as the second author.
